Returns & Exchanges
We follow a strict no-return policy due to hygiene and safety concerns. Once a product has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged, except in the following cases:

• Damaged or Defective Products: If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please reach out to us within 24 hours of delivery.

• Tampered Packaging: If the package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, we recommend refusing the package and contacting us immediately.

Refund Policy
We process refunds under specific circumstances:

• Damage or Defects: If you receive a damaged or incorrect product, we will initiate a refund or replacement after verification. This process typically takes 4-7 business days.

• Proof of Issue: To qualify for a refund, please provide an unboxing video showing the issue, along with images of the product and packaging.

• Lost or Undelivered Orders: If your order is marked as delivered but hasn’t been received, notify us within 48 hours. We will investigate and provide a resolution within 3-4 business days.

• Refund Processing Time: Approved refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 5-6 business days. For COD orders, refunds will be transferred to your provided bank account.

Cancellation Policy
We allow order cancellations under the following conditions:

• Before Dispatch: Orders can be canceled before they are shipped. A 2% payment gateway charge will be deducted for prepaid order cancellations.

• After Dispatch: Once an order has been dispatched, cancellations are not possible. If a prepaid order is returned to us, a ₹75 handling fee will be deducted from the refund amount.

• Refund Timeline for Cancellations: Once a cancellation is approved, refunds are processed within 4-5 business days.
